Helo everyone, just an update we received the hardcopy of NOA1 in the mail today. @tirzajogja thanks, am back on track. I guess distance in location delayed it. Don’t be surprise we will get our NOA2 same day too😂😂😂

 

 I just want to wish us all good success again the waiting phase and for those still expecting their NOA1.

Good luck yes hard copy noa1 depends on where you live how quick you get it my friends in Texas got it in 3 days but mine took a week to get to the east coast

Glad you received it!!! Congrats @Larenn&Loda! What is your date of notice? April 30th? Don't forget to update your timeline so you'll get an estimaton about NOA 2😉

Good luck guys. Let's use these 6-7 months that we are waiting to grow and do much needed work on our selves. Let's use it as an opportunity to better who we are mentally and physically so when we are united with our loved ones in the US, we become better partners and better contributors to American society. Go to the gym, learn a new skill, save money, become more well rounded, become a healthier version of yourself; anything that involves self development. You have all the time in the world and the time is now!

Yes it’s April 30th and I already did updated my timeline since the day we received the e-notification that same 30th.

We still waiting for NOA 1, My fiance submitted it on 28/4, Actually we did submitted our forms on 12/4, but we found out we filled the old I29F form, so we had to fill it again and sent off the new form on 28/4. Still waiting ....

Congrats @Larenn&Loda and @tirzajogja on your hard copy NOA1's

 

I made a list of every little thing I have to do to get rid of my life here and be ready for NOA2 to file and of course get the AOS paperwork prepped too and the list is so huge it may take me the 7 months between working!!

 

That said, watching the processing dates for CSC has me nervous about when we will get it, hoping it doesnt push beyond the end of this year cos with the time to interview ( about 3 months) then time to visa ( about 2 weeks) and then notice periods on home and work etc (1-2 months dependant on my negotiation skills) it could be beyond this time next year getting there permanantly.

 

Lets hope those November and December filers get their good news soon!!

I'm on operation get Amanda healthy!! I want to lose 47lbs and tone up by this time next year!! I'm not huge but Im no skinny minny either!!

Im surprised you have trouble in Chicago, Ive never found any trouble with O'Hare...except the one time they lost my luggage...lol. I was planning when we got approved to fly direct to Chicago to avoid LAX haha! That airport is so big it gives me a headache lol

odd, chicago have not been good to me previously.  You need a lottery win to fund more flights!! Travelling on an ESTA so should be okay armed with ties to home evidence.

 

no direct flights for me so my change aiport will be POE, will see how this years flights go to decide.
