I am cherry the beneficiary. My fiance Cliff, sent the packet last march 30. Then he says is not aware of that he need to sign something so he can received a confirmation electronically. So I am being positive that the NOA1 hard copy has already sent to his address. He was one of the busiest person I know. He was not able to check it because of his work schedule. He travels every week for his WOR. And now he is in the hospital due to too much stress and overwork I guess. He needs to stay there for a week. And it just so sad that I cannot be with him in this kind od situation. We did not pursue the tourist visa because we don't wanna put any risk for the K1. I wanna stay positive that he will be okay soon. Reading a lot of conversation here also help me a lot. Praying for my fiance's recovery so soon.

Hi Whanlin  we are exactly in the same boat !! I have sent my packet on late 25th night for over night delivery and signature required ( I specifically made it to be received at 10:00 AM for Friday the 27 the April 2018 ) and it have been received just few hours before you .. I have received the e.mail notification yesterday that the file have been accepted and routed to California Service Center , waiting on the hard paper mail notification .. Check not cashed yet as it seems on my account ? How about you ?

I've had a couple of down days this week with my fiancé being super busy and me being ill but 41 days til I visit him and I'll let you all know what customs treat me like when travelling on my ESTA!!

More worried about my August visit as changing at Chicago and they were a nightmare each time I changed there last year before we even filed so expecting to be hauled into a back room for further questions this time but hoping I'll head that off with home ties evidence.

 

Going to do my weekly check of our case in a mo to make sure no RFE on its way but as I now know an RFE is an opportunity to correct a mistake or add more evidence where as a denial would be heartbreak!!

 

My fiancé Chayne lives in Seminole Oklahoma and I live in York England. Homes 4501 miles apart.

 

So hard working out schedules cross country! I hope you have a wonderful time when you meet up. I am too scared to stuff anything up with my visa travelling while this visa is processing, not to mention the cost of going back and forth is crazy expensive from down under to the midwest. John is planning a trip here this year though

 

Im surprised you have trouble in Chicago, Ive never found any trouble with O'Hare...except the one time they lost my luggage...lol. I was planning when we got approved to fly direct to Chicago to avoid LAX haha! That airport is so big it gives me a headache lol

Wow our timelines are almost spot on! I just saw you're going to Bloomington! Just outside of Chicago.  John amd I had been looking at buying a house there. Ao uncanny! All the best on this journey!!

@Katie312 omg omg Kyle(My fiancee Petitioner) live in Bloomington(2 hours and a half of Chicago)! and yes as per all the thing he has shown me is a beautiful place, not too much traffic (i hate traffic) and there are really good houses(We want to buy one there after EAD(employment Authorization))!

Imagine u and me neighbors! Let us know! we will be in Chicago in June because he has to pick me up in O'Hare airport!  and have a lot of friends there too!! 

 

Also i can see u are from Australia! In the future we would love live there! iTs his favorite place! I wish u a good journey too! And any question just Ask! we will help with everything u need! Hopefully....

Most people get their Noa-2 around day 195 which is around 6.5 months. But that's an average. Some het it at 165 others are still waiting at 250
