Have you checked your spam folder from your email? There is a real possibility that this would come as snail mail. Like anything else patience is still needed. :reading:

@Greenbaum thank you for your answer.

My fiancé sent an email on July 18 and if the answer is: still in administrative process, this case is usually taken 90 days, July 31 is 90 days, my exams expire on September 10.  We found our congressman to help us, does this answer depend on the US embassy in Bogotá or CEAC?  they ask me for the entity involved, what is it?

Hey @Alex&Vivi have you had any luck with contacting your congressman? We are also stuck in AP for over two months now and are very worried. I am scared our stuff is going to expire too. Have you heard anything?

Yup still waiting... we didn't get an interview until June 13th and at the interview they gave him a list of 10 questions to send in for more security checks. He sent them in 2 days later and we have been waiting since. It's so stressful I am losing my mind!!!

Full name as listed on passport, detailed information about your education in chronological order starting from high school, Detailed information about your work experience starting from your first place of employment, Countries you have traveled to/ the duration of the visit/ the purpose of visit, Have you ever been a member of or in affiliation with any party or organization, Names of your family members(parents and siblings)/ their dates and places of birth/ where they live, Telephone numbers including the country and city code used during the past 5 years, All email addresses and public facing social media handles used in the past five years, All addresses where you have lived in the past 15 years, All prior passport numbers used.

They are not hard questions and I don't think it's anything they don't already know and have. I did not think it would take this long😟

Oh it seems there is names or name similar to your husband who are on watch list , black list or wanted list for the US Government ,unfortunately that will take a long time to clear your husband name from the wanted name ( similar name ) , it can take up to 2 years from the date requested the information .. hope for less time .. or you can hire an attorney to handle it , under FOIA ( Freedom of Information Act ) the attorney can requested all the investigation paper work and see where is stuck at .. then he can expedite the process by providing the proper answer that stuck at .. hope that can help ..

Yeah that's what I was thinking but it's been happening pretty frequently at the Jordan embassy, so I don't know if it's just part of the "extreme vetting". Thanks for your help though I'm definitely going to try that!
