Click on your profile image top right corner, then click into "my timeline" then "edit/add my entry" then the "edit timeline" box, you will see all your options in there. Scroll down to "USCIS Petition(s) Filed" and make sure to input the dates in the format that is shown. Then scroll all the way down to the "submit changes" box.

Mostly at the end of the day the do a upload dump. That's why calling throughout the day is only wasting your time and the governmental agency you are calling.
