Goodnight Aprilettes,

as you may have read I have a week by week plan to try and keep me positive.

this week I will get my innoculations record from my doctor and check if I’m missing any and when they’ll expire and schedule to have any missing done if needed and diary any that will expire in the next 8 months and do 5 hours driving theory test revision as learning to drive here before I move as apparently easier to transfer a licence than to get a new one in the us!!

I know and I read Abu Dhabi embassy doesn't let me go to the interview with him. Lol I went thru immigration almost 14 years ago with my ex husband (was married 13 years) and back then the embassy in Jordan let you pretty much do the interview for the spouse haha. And it was super fast for the i-130 back then. (So this k1 is a new process for me.. AOS I know) I think it took 3 months total. I totally over think things... what if the prior marriage is a problem... what if the age difference is a problem (he is 12 years younger). He tried for a student visa over 6 years ago and was denied because he didn't fill out the paperwork correctly so he went and got his civil engineering degree in jordan. I'm thinking all the things to overcome. I know we all think about this whole process so much. I'm so glad I found this site and group.

I’m sure you’ll be fine Anja there’s no reasons there why you wouldn’t be approved.

i hear you though, I worry about things like the fact we started dating while Chayne was separated (a red flag apparently) and got engaged 6 months after his divorce and I have little concerns around the medical and historic anxiety issues dating back over 20 years!!

We sent our package on 25th and USPS website said it was delivered and available at a PO Box on 27t , but we didn't get any notification yet, either they've picked it up or not. Probably because we used Priority Mail-2 days just like @Whanlin ?:D

I'm waiting for electronic NOA 1 impatiently here. (It's only me who's impatient, my fiance is super patient LOL). Hopefully we'll hear from USCIS soon this week.

Wishing you guys have a good day!

At least my divorce papers listed that I filed and my ex had moved cross country nearly 2 years prior to the divorce and the fact it was a long marriage shows it wasn't just for papers..but being same country is a (culture) red flag for ex and fiance.. but prayers and fingers crossed for us and everyone else on here. :)

Awww thanks @tirzajogja have a great day too. We got our electronic NOA1 2 days after they picked it up. Maybe worth calling usps to see if collected as sometimes they are slow to update the tracker.

Prayers and fingers crossed for all our Aprilette family.

Reading some of the older filers threads we need to help each other keep our spirits up as we get further and further into the looooong wait.

I'm doing it by expecting NOA2 by 2 months later than current anything else is a bonus!! :P Clearly hope its quicker but I'll be finding reasons for us all to have some optimism!!!

So Aprilette  family.

I've checked out the CSC processing stats for the last twelve months and here they are broken down before any updates today:

Filed All Unapproved Approved % Approved
May-17 525 127 398 76
Jun-17 496 142 354 71
Jul-17 459 137 322 70
Aug-17 464 117 347 75
Sep-17 418 146 272 65
Oct-17 389 225 164 42
Nov-17 284 275 9 3
Dec-17 263 263 0 0
Jan-18 237 237 0 0
Feb-18 226 225 1 0
Mar-18 156 156 0 0
Apr-18 64 64 0 0

High percentages mean that the USCIS has processed most petitions originally filed during that month while a low percentage indicates few to none have been processed.
The percent of approved petitions will likely not equal 100% due to members that have not updated their timeline or if there are very long delays for their case.

Just for info, was thinking I'll do this again at the end of next month so we can see if they are speeding up. Don't forget these figures are dependant on members filling in their timelines which I suspect a fair few wont have.

Hey Aprilettes!

I know you are still getting your noa1s, and probably do not need these yet, but for anyone who's interested :

-------Repost for April :

Hello Everyone!

Finally finished with January to March! And cleaned it up and everything :D

I will lastly try to wrap up April before I leave for Turkey in May!

So here goes recent numbers first :

Please note that days with little to no approval update has Silent NOA2s.

Lately most silent noa2s are updated ONLY on the new website.

Please check for personal status updates on both websites; new website usually has backdated updates to the previous day around 4am-6am PST the next day!

Old website, same info as apps: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

New website need to log in: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

Weekly Overall - all movement

June     July      Aug      Sept         Oct     Total
04/16/18 9 19 31 84 71 214
04/17/18 2 8 23 25 51 109
04/18/18 17 22 39 51 118 247
04/19/18 20 23 31 66 181 321
04/20/18 4 5 3 5 15 32
Total 52 77 127 231 436 923

Weekly Overall - Approvals Only

June     July     Aug     Sept      Oct      Total
04/16/18 7 6 12 38 47 110
04/18/18 12 9 29 23 79 152
04/19/18 14 12 18 34 102 180
04/20/18 1         1
Total 34 27 59 95 228 443

Monthly Situation:

 For newcomers:

Excluded are the cases nobody needs to think about here. (Rejected at the beginning)

Approvals on non-active months are 99% expedite cases (yes we do have a weird happening in November for only cases on November 16... don't know why, don't know how...unless you want to believe you'll be that 1 out of 4000 and get disappointed I would suggest going with the obvious logic)

Touched means the case is no longer has the "case received" status..something updated like name or birthdate or address, or got an rfe....

Virgin are cases that are "never been touched" (and yes it is all about Like a Virgin cause it still rings in my head) so simply "case received". But I got so tired of seeing case received on the website... I am not using that!

Cases that looks "Virgin" in previous months other than Active

Not all cases get updated on the old site, this number (same as "Case tracker app" numbers) will only show those. June had plenty of cases that got Silent NOA2s and we are still having them highly. I suggest cutting at least 30-40% of Virgin cases to guess real numbers. However, this does not mean nobody is waiting from these months, Even just on VJ we have friends still waiting from June.

Every case is different and not all cases with the same date will be adjudicated at once.

  Monthly Numbers:

Active Month : October

Last date touched : October 26th (Received date)

Expected November start : April 26 - 27

* December cases are not total due to validation errors. I would expect an extra 200-300 cases on the month.

This is also the reason why December cases are not up to date. If your case had validation error and it resolved please let me know.

      Approved             Virgin       Excluded        Touched         Total
