Really waiting impatiently for approval i am at 181 days. People are getting approve after me my noa1 date is 05.29.18 and the new one says 06.01.2018.

you must wait, my fiancé called and it is taking 7 months to answer. My NOA1 is from 04-25 old site - 04-30 new site and they told us that today we must call for some information about our case. I'm waiting with a lot of faith! It's frustrating but I'm confident we'll have good news

Here's a question if someone can help me with...

my fiance wants her 13 yr old daughter to finish out the school year in the Philippines, but wants to come on over to the USA to help me prepare for her arrival.  When we go back over in April to bring her daughter over to the US, will there be any issues going back through immigration when she lands in the USA, since she was not originally with her mother when she first came here?

or would it be better if the mother just waits till the daughter can go too at the same time?  I just want to avoid any issues if she comes first and the daughter comes later.  Not too sure how that all would work.

You can do either way it makes NO difference. It's the convenience to you which will work for your family.

My step-son came with his mom in December and the school district was very accommodating. Two weeks into his new school he had made friends and was enjoying school so much he thought it would be a good idea to be on the A/B honor roll and has been every since.

I think it's easier if she were to come when mom comes. You avoid a return trip so soon and you won't have to deal with waiting on the GC to travel. JMHO.

ANother question,  not sure if you will be able to answer, but if she came before the daughter.  How would the AOS work out?  I just would be doing the AOS for the mom and then eventually when the daughter came, I would then file another AOS for her?   If I am understanding this correctly.   THanks again

Yes. Everything is double. It's just so much easier to do it at the same time. Again, your choice.
