Don't be nervous.  My medical the tests were standard, measured weight, height, eyesight and hearing, just a standard "listening" to my chest, and asked about my medical history.  No treadmills or anything like that.   Even if some condition were noted in the report, I don't think it would be grounds for denial.   More an issue just that everything is disclosed.

1- You didn't submit enough evidence to establish the relationship additional evidence required... 

 

What are the documents should we provide on above matter ? 

 

2- Circumstances of intial Meeting. 

 

They asked for corroborating evidence that how we met or being introduced. 

 

Kindly help me by all of your advice please.

Any way you can show us exactly what the letter states and cross out any personal info? Yours sound very similar to mine where I misunderstood question 54 about meeting my fiancé and I wrote about when I first met her in person compared to actually first meeting her and the circumstances that lead up to us getting engaged. Especially, since I had marked no on question 55 since we did not meet over an IMB. I will show you how my attorney wrote up my affidavit and hopefully it will assist you as well if your situation is very similar to mine indeed.

This is a rather old post but nevertheless, it has examples of how others had responded to the evidence of meeting. If you were to read over the thread I think you could pick out parts that you could use to create an answer to the RFE.

You describe something that is similar that is asked for the interview evidence in China called a "evolution of relationship" (EOR) letter. Your document answers the "evolution of relationship" (EOR) letter to a "T". Great example and thanks for sharing.

I submitted an inquiry online yesterday and got an email back saying my case was pending security checks :( That's what I figured but it doesn't make the wait any easier! I was hoping to hear something by Thanksgiving☹️ Is anyone else from April still waiting to hear anything? And does anyone know how long extra security checks usually take? 😀

I'm still waiting to receive my RFE. They said it was mailed 11/15, but I haven't seen it yet. I'm subscribed to informed delivery. I don't know how long security clearances take exactly. I'm sorry I can't help there.
