What would you suggest if tier 2 simply tells you “it’s still in processing” ?

We called 2 weeks ago, they just said there are no updates, we should wait. We will try again, we are hopeful of receiving news soon, I do not know what is the thing that does not let our process advance and this wait goes crazy. ☹️

They received my reply to the RFE on Thursday, 11/08, but the notification that it was received  was dated 11/9.

It only took one week for our approval after receiving our response to the RFE.

When did they send yours?

Howdy and good morning :) So I sent minenin 04/23,  04/25 recurved, 4/30 NOA1. I called on Nov 5th to ask what the progress was and they said it was approved on Nov. 3 but won’t get the NOA2 u til print order completes. I got NOA2 dated Nov 6th - in hand those last Sat 11/10 hard copy. So as I was saying in general - everyone who is still waiting should give them a call just to see where it is at. For some might still be clearing checks, for others already might be approved just no update or hard copy print.

If you don't use the "quote" button, no one will have a clue to which post you are responding to. Once it populates type "outside of the quote" and if there is a graphic, select it with a mouse click upon it and use your delete key. Makes for a cleaner thread as we don't need to see the graphic 3 or 4 times when everyone is referencing it. I hope this helps.

Yes, I know - I just made a general statement that all who has not got NOA2 yet from April should give a call to USCIS to inquire a stat quo.
