Need help, about RFE related to IMB (International Marriage Broker)

signed up for free account on shaadi.com, now how do I proof that its not IMB? or how do I reply back to RFE?

NOA1: April 6th

RFE: Nov 9th

Post the RFE letter on here (only what they want and cover personal information) so the people can see what exactly are they asking for. I did and Greenbaum helped me a lot but basically they are asking for TOS (Terms of Services) website.

We used USPS, sent on a friday afternoon, reach USCIS monday at noon, and same day notice on the website saying our RFE was received, better than what I expected, to be honest.

My package was delivered yesterday at 11:00am and I still have not received an email indicating that they received my reply for the RFE...…

signed up for free account on shaadi.com, now how do I proof that its not IMB? or how do I reply back to RFE?

NOA1: April 6th

RFE: Nov 9th

1. Need to go to their website and print off the terms of service.

2. You can try contacting them and asking for a letter that states that they do not charge a fee for their services and that they are not IMB.

3. This is your reply letter format back to USCIS. Be sure to make a copy of everything for your records, return with signature required and receipt, and send the original RFE and sign the RFE where it is asked or if not asked for sign it anyways on the bottom of the RFE with a date.

To whom it may concern:

I met my fiancé on Cherry Blossoms (substitute the website that you met on)and to my knowledge and evidence by the enclosed letter, Cherry Blossoms is not an International Marriage Broker. There are no introductions or matchmaking services or social referrals between US Citizens and foreign nationals. There are no written consent forms or contracts that members are required to sign. Members search and communicate with others from their own free will.

My fiancée or I did not pay or signed a written consent authorizing the release of personal information. There were no introductions, both of us communicated with our own free will. I have enclosed a copy of the letter from Cherry Blossoms stating that they are not a IMB company and they do now run their website as such.

I hope this gives you a better insight on the workings and our experience with Cherry Blossoms.

With best personal regards,

XXX and XXX

4. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Not sure if I am missing something, once we receive a case number, do we do anything besides complete the I-134 form? And from the sounds of the step by step guide here, https://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide/ , Ignore the guide on VJ as it is outdate and only contains generic information. You want to get a copy of your Embassy's P3 letter) we mail our Fiance, the beneficiary in my case, all of these documents correct? You send only the I-134 with wet signature. I just want to make sure we aren't overthinking things. When are we supposed to fill out the DS 160 form? Once you have your case number then go ahead and complete the DS-160 and be sure to take a screen shot to print off. Or is that a long way away? I think I might be confusing it with the DS 260 form. DS-160 is what you want to complete. 260 is for marriage visa IR-1/CR-1. Thanks everyone and best of luck to you all moving forward!

People with noa2 yet, if want to share plan, experience or frustration 😕

The thread has turned into a place to go whine about the process. I just don't get the need to whine and stomp your feet about a process that never promised anything more then to review your documents and determine if you are eligible to be approved for a visa interview. You don't add any value to the conversation, just complaining. Just my opinion.

Agree, I understand that is frustrating to see approvals for people close to your dates or with older dates than yours. It seems to me that is very difficult for some to understand that theirs is not the only application and that every single case is different. Great for the ones approved within process times, and the ones taking longer just be patient. Nothing else you can do, for what I've read here.

Hello to all my fellow April filers, please don't lose hope or let this stress your relationship. It's hard enough being apart. Remember that you're close and many of you will be able to escalate your case soon and your processing time will be outside normal. I know it's easy to vent here, but the negativity will breed more negativity and it's not what any of us need during this stressful time.

Whining is literally going on in every forum here, including right here. I unfortunately cant do something about it.

Threat was created to see how long people have been waiting, share experiences,  a relief for many they are not alone, and to see if they contacted any senator or did something that helped them.

Also people who r waiting it is a way to share grievances and tell each other what if anything can be done to get response from uscis.

Process is explained in some forums, just like monthly forums it is for people for whom it is taking extra time compared to most. So they can effectively share experiences.
