Guys I just thought to come and tell you something that I noticed. For those who are still waiting for their NOA2, your could be in the mail coming and you don't know yet because you haven't received any notifications.

I got my notification Nov 6, Today I received my Noa2 hard copy and says it was sent on Nov 3, so the updates are being done way letter. Just keep your hopes up... Yours is coming.

Hey! I filed 4/23 still waiting. I had my congressman’s office inquire and USCIS told them that it’s been assigned to an officer that I should get a notice within 30-45 days. I also called myself and asked for a tier 2 rep to try and get additional info and all I got was the same and that the cases are being worked on in order.

Hey this might be a stupid question, but how do you send an inquiry to your congressman?

I don't think it is a stupid question. You can go here: https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative and search. Then look at their website. I didn't contact my congressman, but he has a specific tab on his website for contacting him regarding things like this.

There might be another way, but this is the way that I know. Someone else might chime in.

No deff not a stupid question :) You call your congressman's office and speak to an immigration case worker. Explain your situation and ask them to follow up with USCIS on your behalf. You should get two waivers, one for you and one for your s/o to complete and sign. Without this USCIS will not allow them to make an inquiry on your behalf. You do not need to send them the original, your s/o can just print and sign then send you the pic. Good luck!

What do you mean "not concerned". I'm not concerned either, but I would like to get s*** going. I've been waiting forever. I mean, at some point I would like to be with my fiance than being stuck here alone!
