I know of a few. At the inteview pictures were shown of a engagement party and the CO interrupt them as a marriage ceremony and their visa was denied. I know someone who forgot to sign, and it was specified to sign the RFE and it was denied. I personally was attending my wife's interview and I was sitting in the waiting area of the Embassy and overheard a interview and a sister was trying to get a visa to take her sister's child and herself which is a fraud and the CO uncovered that and denied the visa. There are too many to list but I am not sure why you are interested in this line of questioning. Can you give more details.

In the RFE letter the USCIS sent me, they asked that the original of that letter to be returned with my response.

I made a mistake and sent a copy of it instead.  They appeared to received ok and they changed my status to

say that they have received my response.

But I am a bit worried.

Thank You and Best Wishes,

Chris

This wait is terrible, we are still in the same place, there are already updates for the month of May. 😭

Yes, very hard. Keep checking your days. California the most time it should be 7.5 months for processing the form I-129f.. If your case is taking longer  that time, overtime,  you can start calling, calling and calling.

I like to pick on my fiance and refer to HCMC as Crazy City because of how wild their traffic is.  I am also going back to Vietnam myself and will be there from 12 Nov to 10 Dec. Hoping I either hear back that my RFE was either approved or denied before I get there or while I am there with her as well so I can help her with all of the other forms she may need to do and help her set up appointments and what not for vaccines and . lol Maybe we can cross paths while there.

Yeah that would be nice to meet up for lunch or dinner or something. We are going to be staying about 1.5km from the Consulate. We will do the DS 160 when I am there and I'm bringing all the paperwork that I have for her interview. I will be going back for her interview but I want to make sure she has everything just in case something happens and I can't go. I tried to mail her a birthday card back in September and she never got it. I did ride on her motorbike when I was in Hai Phong, I like to tease her because everyone honks going through intersections so I was on the back going honk honk beep beep. If you are around HCMC November 24th I would love to get together so she can be maybe not so nervous.

Same here I’m 4/23 and you are 4/25 I’m convinced that someone is either slacking or out of office because it seems like a huge coincidence that the late April cases are STILL waiting. This is annoying.

If every day I expect good news and only the weekend arrives without any progress. All these words are only anxiety and despair. I hope with faith that there is good news soon. ☹️

Yes me too :( Hoping for us all to hear something before this weekend!

I'm not sure how they will react to you sending a copy. If you made a copy for yourself read it to determine if they requested the original be returned. That will at least give you an idea.

There are May 2018 filers who are already approved and one even from May 17th.
It is beginning to bug me out.
