The first question is did he put a check mark that he was never arrested/appeared in court on a criminal charge? If they checked yes then I can only image they will get a denial. If they forgot to check that, then there is a good chance that they will get a RFE. Then at that time they could respond with "yes" then explanation with all the court records and such attached to the RFE. Right now my suggestion is that they get their butt in gear and get the information together, write a cover letter and send it off to USCIS PRONTO! It just might save their case.

Late 2016: Met playing Clash of Kings the West

Feb 2017: Started online "dating"

May 2017: Met in Orlando

July 2017: Arkansas and Seminole (1 night) visit

October 2017: Washington DC visit.

December 2017: Seminole OKC home visit and Amanda  met Chayne's kids and dad.

January 2018:  York England visit Chayne met Amanda's son.

April 2018: London/Paris/York visit we got engaged on April 6th!!

April 19th 2018: packet sent

April 23rd 2018: USPS say packet signed for.

April 25th 2018: Electronic NOA1 received 

April 26th 2018: Cheque Cashed

April 30th 2018: hard copy NOA1 received

Congratulations! me too ! approved on Oct 23 base on  the NOA2 letter I received in the mail Today!! .. No update anywhere ??! I think we got approved by the same officer he don't care about updating websites lol .. So what next ?what should we do next please ??

Or Actually I sent the file overnight delivery , and you did too , probably overnight delivery when it routed from Texas to California , it wont update on the sites ? I don't know ,might somebody have an answer , anyway ..  So what next ?what should we do next please ??

NOA1 04/27/2018 

NOA2 10/23/2018   ( 180 days Exactly )  received by mail today 10/29/2018 No update on any website . 

Can someone advise me what should I do next please ? I didnt read anything beyond NOA2 as I was focused on NOA2 ..
