Rfe sent Oct 16. Received and sent back they received on 24th. Noa 2 Oct 29. Day 193 today. I missed signing the application last page

The length generally depends on the cause of the RFE. "Simple" RFEs (missing checkbox, missing letter of intent, etc.) generally take days to a couple weeks IMO. More complex ones (i.er. if verification of documents needs to be done) can take weeks or months.

Simple cause they will see it and check a box and be done. Nothing to do with background check. Those I would consider complex. Good luck!!!

Hi Everyone, 

 

First time posting here and I wanted to share that our NOA2 approval finally came in ^^

NOA1 - 04/13/18

NOA2 - 10/25/18

 

Both dates are based on the new site (old site and case tracker are not updated yet).

Also I first found out through USPS mail received last Saturday, although new site got updated same date as well.

The letter does state that USCIS sent file to NVC so I'm hoping for good luck during that transit time as well.

Best of luck to all those who are still waiting and also for those who are on the next step in this journey

Yea i feel for you also. Me and my Fiance have been in a relationship for 8.5 years. of that 5 years have been long distance. So it is kind of killing right now to have to wait more. wondering if the case you and I have is with the same person and they took off like a week for holiday. here is to hoping.

I'm a long time lurker I've obsessively read every post on here lol, but have never posted. My noa1 is April 20th old site and April 25th new site, so I'm right there with you Amanda! Hopefully we get something soon!!

My fiance received a text then he went to USCIS old site and it was an approval notice.

 I feel so frustrated on the past days coz ive seen an approval ahead of my notice date. And my fiance has a minor crimal record when he was 18 years old but he didnt disclosed so im a little bit confused if they gonna deny us or i will get a rfe but thanks God the long wait is over.. For those who was not approve yet just pray and it will be given to you.

I hope so too!! I’ve reverted to pessimism cos optimism was making me miserable every time a new approval beyond our date came in.

@Greenbaum what do you think best to do about the fiancé juvenile criminal record? I think a denial is possible like John and rose do you?
