You just don't know how much I appreciate your time you giving to us. I didn't tag you because I didn't want to bother you, not because I don't want to listen to you also it seems I am too slow or I don't want to understand the truth (waiting) because is getting harder. My last question in this topic (I promise). You said 12 weeks. Doe it begin when they sent out the RFE or when they received our response?.

The clock starts ticking when the RFE is received back from you. There is no last questions, but the ones that never were asked. I'm here to help but the hard work is what you have to put in. Sorry.  And thanks for your appreciation. Your appreciation is my motivation.

Average timeframes right now are 6-8 months for adjudication of the I-129F.

Seem to be within normal time frame still; but, getting close to the end at least.

Like everybody said, it has been taking 6-8 months to get a NOA2. You just need to be patient.

I know they are a little backup, it took me about 6.5 months to get a response that they took action on my case. I would say if you do not hear anything by end of October call. They may tell you that you will have to call back but at least you will get a little more clarification when you should hear something.

Good Luck

For the new website here you are https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Hello Everyone,

Hope everyone is doing well!

I have a question. In the USCIS' email that they sent me when they received my response to my RFE,

they only say that they will work on my case again.  They did not say in how long I should expect a

decision from them.  But I have read on here that it usually takes up to 60 days.

For those of you who have received an RFE, did they mention a time frame in the email you received?

Thank You and Best Wishes,

Chris
