Nice to see a fellow Viet-Mỹ

Oh cool. I will have to look up and ask mine where Ca Mau is located. I've only been to HCMC and she also took me to Da Nang and one other place close to  Da Nang.  If it helps with the pressure of waiting maybe we should have them meet up? Just a thought.

Yah I spent 20 days on my first visit and we went to Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Haiphong and her hometown. I will be going back to visit for about 4 months and plan on going to Hanoi again, Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang, and Da Nang then bring her here to the US

send me a private message and we’ll have them meet up ✌️

I’m almost wishing I had sent mine in in late April or May at this point.  😢

I was thinking the same thing. Day 203 here!

Someone was saying that typically if 1 page means an approval

I could be wrong

@Kyle&Ana was it you saying this?!?! Can you confirm if so, and let me know more about this. I'm shaking at work! lol Could it be a denial? (No possible reason for our petition to be denied so I'm trying to totally shake that thought from my head)

I'm one of those people I see you writing about. I've lurked in the background never posting or even creating an account. But I've watched intently and learned a lot from everyone's post. I wanted to share our time line for those still waiting.

NOA1 4/27 old site

NOA1 5/01 new site

NOA2 10/22 old site and on USCISApp

New site still shows received only.

I have the exact same (5/01 on the NOA1). I'm so nervous I can't concentrate on anything else. We still haven't recieved anything yet :(

Just got my mail. Seems like my RFE will be quite simple..

I believe I am understanding what it says so I went back to visa application and here is what I had put. No personal info on this so I do not mind sharing it for the sake of help. lol

Now if I understand this correctly, seems like I just need to write them a letter stating exactly how we met and that it was not through an International Marriage Broker.

Hi,

I believe if you met through a website, you would need to send the terms of service page to prove it's not an IMB.  I met my fiancé through an app and what I did was provide the Terms of Service to them for the app.

Hmm I wonder...

Hmm her cousin told me about her and introduced us over Facebook. So it was through her cousin that lives here in my City but we talk over facebook. Wonder if I should send them a copy of Facebooks ToS just in case...
