Hello!

Our NOA1 is April 10th and we still havent heard anything yet.

But our case is a bit tricky. I (beneficiary) am from China and My fiancee is American. We are both working here in Seoul, South Korea.  And I was rejected the B2 visa once in Feb 2017 when he wanted to take me back home to see his family. So is our case process gonna be more slowly than others'? Also since we were classmates and have been living together for two years till now, we didnt add much files to the application to prove that our relationship is genuine. We just sent about 10 screenshots from FB showing that we travel to different countries together, of which there is one showing he flew to China to see my family. Is it enough proof? Before sending out the application we thought that those were enough. Now idk. Maybe I'm thinking too much because of the endless waiting lol

Good luck to everybody!

The funny thing about this process is you really don't know "what enough is". The goal of the pictures is to demonstrate that you have a relationship. So pictures together, and of course traveling together is good evidence, but those with family are priceless. The question begs to be asked why would have a relationship when you never introduce your fiancé to family. So your pictures are pretty strong. I think you are overthinking this. The B2 will have no influence on the K-1.

Yes I'm checking frequently and Also did set up for *informed Delivery* nothing is popped up yet. She called USCIS last week & spoke with tier 2 they said we're still under processing timeframe so there's nothing the officer could help until passed the normal timeline. Every night is hard to pass with the disappointment.

I submitted a few photos of us together, 1 screenshot of chat messages for each week over the course of 4 months and copies of plane tickets. NOA1 April 4 NOA2 10/5...

Your probably ok, but on this site they say the more is better, just overwhelm them with evidence so that they don't doubt it much at all.

Thank you John! Congrats on you getting the NOA2 in just 6 months lol

Reading here today makes me kind of pessimistic.  What is this about slow to no approvals on Monday?  Is that true?  Rest of the week?
