Hello!

So I am trying to schedule my fiancé's medical at the SLEC here in Manila. One of the documents they require when showing up is the NVC letter with our Manila case number. I'm currently here in the Philippines to help get everything sorted and I do not have the option of returning home to wait for the letter to make its way to my mailbox. I called USCIS (the number where we call to get our case number initially) to ask if I could get an email of the document with the case number on it but they said they couldn't provide it because it hasn't left the facility. What does this mean and what can I do next? I'm really keen on starting this process right away... Thank you!

So they have already allotted a MNL# for you or they haven't done that yet? It sounds like they have not done that yet and you have to wait a couple days then call again.
