If you think that Russia ( Putin) is the responsible party, why reward him with the credibility that comes from a White House visit?  Trump is the new Chamberlain.

It is dangerous to be so naive about the situation as to accept all the Russian conspiracy theories without any solid evidence. So dangerous it could push us into another cold war with Russia. Or worse. That is the real danger here.

Putin is a thug: Crimea, Ukraine, Maylasia Air, asassinations, election interference. He has not done anything to earn a White House visit.

   Indeed. Putin has a track record here already with former spy's. He already threatened Skripal with death in 2010, and Skripal ends up poisoned with a nerve toxin only available in Russia. Not sure how people are being so naive about what likely happened here.

We, westerners, are not that innocent.

Reality is that vast majority of Russians like Putin. Putin, RIGHTFULLY SO, puts Russia's interest first. We should do the same.

Expelling diplomats is useless, just a PR stunt. Are you 100% sure the Russians did it? Great. Do not say anything, accept their version, and quietly poison a couple of Putin's friends in the center of Moscow. You would get more respect.

He is the head of State of the second military power in the world. Like him or not, we need to get along with him.
