Translation of certain documents for Kyiv K1 Visa interview

I have read on the US Embassy in Kyiv Ukraine website and downloaded their 4 page K1 interview checklist and instructions, the instructions indicate that if the documents my fiancé will bring to the interview are in English, Ukrainian or Russian that no official type translation is required,  it states two times in the instructions that if the documents are in any of these 3 languages that translation is not required, my fiancé in Ukraine says she read from some people they do need an English translation.   Help please !!!! My petition was approved and our paperwork is in the NVC being processed for the Kyiv Embassy and we want all our ducks in a row when she interviews.  Thank you much in advance
