Hi there!

Im having a hard time finding some information on this topic... I am a K1 Visa holder, about to apply for my AOS now that Im married (yay!) and I am wondering if I can send form I-131 (Advanced parole) with form I-485 (AOS) along with forms I-765 (Work permit) and I-864 (affidavit of support) all at the SAME TIME. I am attending a wedding later this year back up in Canada and am in the wedding party (one of my best friends) so im really hoping I dont miss this.

any information on this would be great! thank you so much!

Yes.

In fact, I would say that's even the best way. Also, if filed as part of I-485, you don't have to pay for AP and EAD

Reading this I obviously missed that I could have filed the I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization) that also gives a travel permit along with the I-485, I-130, I-130A, and I-864 and we received notice that the I-797 should be here next week.  I didn't file the I-765 as I did not want to pay the additional fee and figured I would wait.  Do you think it is too late and they would not accept the I-765 if we sent it in now^

While you are correct that I-765 usually comes as a combo card with I-131, I-765 just gives you the right to work.

Now, if I were in your shoes, I would file for I-765 and I-131. As far as I know, they will still be free of charge because they are filed as part of an I-485. Seeing that you only just filed for AoS, I would definitely give it a shot.
