Since you said they got it May 3rd, it looks like you won't hear anything until June 17th based on Current times.

They will say they can't find it in the system, because it's not put in the system until they generate the NOA, aka somewhere around June 17th.

All you can do is sit and wait. If you have anything that you -need- your green card for, like changing jobs or something like that, you can attempt to go to your local office with an infopass appointment and plead for a stamp, but some people are just being told no straight up.

I'd suggest checking your Check / MO status - should've cashed by now.

They're cashing checks in a range. So they don't do just one day a day. Right now anyone between the 16th and 20th is being cashed. Some are ahead of others, like a couple of 17ths that got cashed before 16ths and such.

Imo, it's best to give it a couple of days once you see someone near your date starting to cash.

Good news in the mail today (my informed delivery email was also today)

 

ROC Timeline:
04/25/18 - Sent ROC package by USPS Priority Mail to VSC

04/27/18 - ROC package rcvd by USCIS

05/30/18 - Check cashed

6/1/18 - Received NOA in mail with received date of 4/30 and notice date of 5/25 - no mention of reusing biometrics
