Also said tier 2 has a backlog on calls so I should call back in the morning @8am  to see if they can pull my receipt #

One more question....when I try to update my Timeline with my NOA date, it gives me an error that the NOA date is more than 4 weeks from filing date. Anyway to get passed that error?

So you got your receipt before your check got cashed?

I called in and they said they had received my app and sent the receipt on 5/24 but the cheque didn't show as cashed by my bank account until 5/29. I'm guessing it was cashed on the 24th but it just didn't show in my account until the 29th.

Sent I-751 to CSC on 4/28

Package Received on 4/30

Haven't received any progress information yet..

Could you please update..

Thanks..

Called USCIS Today since my 30 days has filled since it the package has been sent. Talked to the USCIS representative, here is the details.

After the security verification...

Me: I need help on getting some more information on Filing status. It's about I-751 submission.

Representative: How may I help you on that.

Me: We've sent our package on 4/28 and USPS tracking number shows it has been delivered on 4/30. Is there a way to get any information on the package..

Representative: May I get your Alien number?

Me: XXXXXXXXXXX

Representative: Give me a 60 second to find that information.

Me: OK

Representative: I can find old records but nothing related to I-751

Me: Since the package has been delivered on 4/30 is it possible to say at least the package is in some kind of process or queue?

Representative: In order to get further information I have to escalate your call to tier-2. Since they are not available you have to call Tomorrow to get a more information.

Me: Understood.

...

So at this point there is no any information on my package even though it has been delivered on 4/30. My question is, if USCIS receives the package shouldn't be there any kind of package information showing that it has been received by them and in a process in the system?

Thanks,

Hi All,

question : in the noa1 whose name you see as petitioner ?

In my case I only see my name for both petitioner and beneficiary ?

i thought the spouse name should be for petitioner or am I wrong ?

thanks

Hi everyone!  I know we've posted about this, but I feel like with all of our posts recently - it's buried deep!

So my husband needs to get the "Valid for Work Only With DHS Authorization."  We were planning to go by the social security office tomorrow and I want to make sure that we can do it with his green card, his NOA and his Driver's License.  Anyone had difficulty in trying to get it removed.  Yes, I know we should have done this awhile ago....but...we all know how that goes :)
