Yes. If you are talking CSC then its 45 days avg. to process.

Oh I see, when I called the 1-800 number they had mentioned 30 days processing time. It seems like they are running a little behind. I shall wait patiently another 15 days :(

My wife and I's wait is finally over...or maybe it is just beginning.  Check finally cleared today and after seeing others who filed after us get NOA and cleared checks I was starting to get worried again.

Mailed to CSC on 4/5, and they received on 4/7.  Check cleared morning of 5/29.

I have also been meaning to write because we visited the Detroit USCIS office on 5/24 (Infopass appt) because we wanted to travel to Toronto.  We literally had our bags packed and wanted to hit the border immediately after our appt.  Our 20 month old son was with us so that couldn't hurt, but in the craze of packing for the trip, being a parent and everything else I forgot the USPS delivery receipt!!  Thankfully, we got a nice agent who was in training (trainer was nice too) and I at least could show them my credit card receipt to USPS on 4/5. They said they were being told to inform people to reapply and the trainer mentioned he was telling people to place a stop payment on the check?!?!  OMG...I told him in a respectful way that I wouldn't do that and would just deal with any issues with 2 checks clearing later.  (This conversation was happening after we had a general sense that they were going to grant my wife access.) I generally told him about the online groups and the information being shared here.  The Detroit office definitely did not have any insider info into what was happening at CSC and instead just new anecdotely that we were the 3rd or 4th ones with the same issue in the last few days/week.   Ultimately, they gave her a 6 month I-551 stamp (temporary green card stamp in passport)!!  I should point out that at this point we definitely were not in the system yet as having even applied as per the Detroit USCIS point of view.

I want to say thank you so much to everyone who has helped make this site so informative; otherwise we would be in the dark.

Best Wishes to all...

05/23/18~ Received the email confirmation that I-797 has been mailed. (No NOA and no check cash)

"On 05/08/2018, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-751 to notify us that you have not received your I-751 Receipt Notice which extends your conditional residency for one more year. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
On 05/23/2018, we mailed your Receipt Notice on Form I-797 to you. Please expect to receive this notice, in the mail, within the next 30 days."

I am in Manchester, NH and thought it is a good idea to get my passport stamped from USCIS Office here because always Infopass free time available. Eventhough, I live in TN and applied to CSC.

The person on counter said that she can’t give stamp on the passport because it can only given after Biometric. (I was pissed off and showed my discontent politely). I was then directed to another counter and conversation was like this

Officer: We can’t take your biometric like this today.

Me: I am not here for biometric but stamp on the passport.

Officer: we can’t give you stamp without biometric.

Me: USCIS help line informed me that I can get stamp via Infopass appointment.

Officer: What is your address?

Me: Knoxville TN

Officer: Why do you need stamp that urgently?

Me: My green card and drivers license have expired.

Officer: You should have applied at the beginning of 90 day period.

Me: I applied within the deadline. Matter is the stamp on the passport.

Officer: Your address is in TN, so get your stamp from there after Biometric.

Me: Thanks (thinking...but not thanks, you don’t know your work)

I am really disappointed with this ambiguous and officer dependent procedure and approval of such matters.

CSC received mine on 4/12 and I've still had no check cashed and no NOA... The wait is driving me mad.

Why don't you call them. They might have a case number for you.

Having scrolled through the recent posts and seeing that @Mark77D was in the same sort of situation I am in now is a little relieving. I will most certainly be calling them tomorrow though. Fingers crossed I'll have some kind of answer.

It looks like the majority of the cases on CSC are have been waiting 45 days for their checks to cash, your case is 47 days old, you should get it very very soon! :)
