Everything is good thanks for asking. How about you? I am a father of baby boy :-). I send my packet on April 28 and uscis received it on April 30th. My check hasnt been cashed and neither did I receive NAO.

Great news!!! Congratulations!! I'm blessed with a baby girl. She is 6 months old now.

Most likely they will cash it out this week.

Hey Everyone!

 

So long story short my GC is literally a few days shy of expiring and I just mailed  my I-751 ROC petition express to the Vermont Service center yesterday. We would've sent it  in earlier but due to our current financial  situation it prohibited in my doing so. I'm not fully in the loop of what is happening for 2018 ROC filers but from what I've seen most people are getting extensions due to the backlog?!? My main question is on average how long does it take to get an extension letter? I'm based in New York.  I'm still working and don't want to cause any trouble for myself or employer.  Also if a letter is sent to me does the letter provide further information on my case status? eg. receipt # to check status etc? I'm literally losing sleep as I'm usually a "go by the book" type of personality.  Answers would be greatly appreciated, Much thanks!

You would receive an extension letter no matter what when you submit your ROC application - it's just standard process. For VSC, it should be within 30 days of them receiving your package and sending you an extension letter. The letter should be sufficient proof that you are still in status for your employer. If you have a tracking for your package, you should be able to see when it actually arrived at VSC - keep that tracking info. Also, once you see your check cashed, you should rest assured that it's in process, however it may take up to 3-4 weeks. Good luck!

My check was just cashed at the CSC!! 

They received my application on 09 APR and it showed up as cashed today! (45 days after they received the petition).

i hope this helps many of you out there, good luck guys I hope you hear similar news today as well!

FINALLY! After almost two months of waiting and calling MoneyGram every day I finally hear: The Money Order has been presented for payment! I am sooo relieved!!  Thanks to everybody sticking with me (us) during those difficult past weeks!

So how much time does it take to receive NOA after talking and getting case number?it starts from EAC
