They might not send it back but they might ask for RFE. I read it one case that got a REF for it and then approved after the document submission.

Oh yeah, and I have no problem providing it. I'd just be more irritated if my whole package got sent back like the other person said.

But nothing we can do except wait!

60 days is what I was told by a tier 2 USCIS rep yesterday on the phone...

Same here. Since like they've finally come to a consensus at least. The people who called a few weeks earlier were told to resend..etc..

What I find kinda funny is that we got our application back within a week when we sent it the first time because we didn't include a copy of the marriage certificate (ugh!) so it seems like someone is at the least checking the applications once they come in and then throw them on a pile or something...

Is this for the I751? When did you file? There were no indications that we needed a marriage certificate.. I cannot even remember if I included it because it's a month ++ ago. Hah

I originally filed at the end of March. I don't think you have to worry, if they needed it they would have sent your application back already. My guess is that someone at CSC just messed up...

NOA1 arrived yesterday!  Now two questions:

1.  Should he travel with it everywhere he goes?  I've scanned a copy to our emails and made 3 extra hardcopies, but it's the original he should have on his person?

2. Can we take the restricted SS card and the letter and try to have the "With DHS Authorization" removed?  We never did that while the conditional green card was valid.  Bummer.

Thanks!

I am very confused guys...people keep mentioning here that they got their passports stamped as soon as they received their conditional green cards. Where did you get your passports stamped?

The person who had a stamp, only got the stamp because the 2 year green card they got had the wrong date on it.

I just got off the phone with the HR manager from my job. It turns out her sister works for USCIS. She said that people who are going through the ROC process can still work on an expired green card and with the restriction on their social security card.
