Wonder if anyone has any insights - would it be faster if we filed through an attorney? Also I read somewhere that you can actually pay to expedite your application, is that true? (Sigh, I need to book a trip but requires the NOA to get the visa...) I know it's too late since I've already filed, but just wondering...

05/04/19 - Biometrics rvcd

05/01/19 - Case accepted

ROC Timeline (Total time - 13.5 months):

06/25/19 - New card being produced

03/26/19 - Transfer Notice (to non-local service center)

06/21/18 - Biometrics appt
06/11/18 - Biometrics rvcd

05/21/18 - NoA rcvd

Can't believe you've been waiting for over a month for the NOA! Don't you just want to scream "Cash my check already!"? I'm just glad the weekend is over and the SC can get back to work :P

No there is no way to expedite I-751 because you're already in high priority among other immigrant applications as spouse of USC. I'd even shell out couple grands if such thing was available but also it feels unfair to folks who can't afford such fees.

Scroll through these posts and look at the google doc...some of us have been waiting since april 6th...

Dude I wasn't complaining about the timing, even though I know it takes a year or longer to get the 10yr Green Card.  I was just asked if it matter if I left off the Attn: I-751 on the address.  Will it be delayed? or will it get lost? etc...

Just chill!

You'll be fine because CSC only handle certain forms. Every office has to open the package and see what forms you are trying to filing for. If that is not what they handle, they will return the package to you.

I have never wanted money to disappear from my account so badly haha. I check my online banking app like 12 times a day. I assume most of us are in that boat.

K1, EAD/AP + AOS + ROC = 0 RFE's

Next step: Citizenship!

When I spoke with the service center last week, they advised that after 30 days with no response I could call back and escalate to a manager investigate - I know some are probably around that time, maybe worth a call

I will definitely be calling. I have 3 more days. Will keep you guys updated. To be honest, I have a feeling the answer I'm going to get will be redundant - "We're currently backed up right now and are trying our best to..etc..".

I have no doubt.  Just make sure you ask for the Tier 2 officer.  They always transferred me with no questions asked when I was going through the K1 process.

Ask what people are supposed to do whose GCs are expiring while they are not processing?

Where exactly do you see that?  There have been no NOA's (at least at the CSC) since mid-April.

Was wondering this. Got excited and went to check. Looks like the same old. I've stopped checking for a while. But I need to book my tickets for August, and it's cutting it pretty close. Does anyone know if you would need a biometrics appointment letter in hand already to do a walk-in, or can you just walk-in once you've received your NOA? Thanks in advance.
