we already sent all of them except children and mortgage when we first submit 751. they ask more, so frustrated!

You have to send proof for your whole marriage. It looks like you sent a lot of stuff dated last year. They want to see everything from when you got married until now.

 

so if you only sent things dated in 2018 they will ask for more, they wAnt to see things all the way back to 2016 or when you got married.

 

like we sent 2016, 2017 tax return, leases for 2016, 2017, 2018, bank statements from 2016, 2017, 2018. Utility statements and bills from 2016, 2017, 2018. Pictures spanning 2016-2018 with vacation reservations for each year. The only thing we sent that was recent was the car loan statement, but we also sent a copy of our loan agreement on our cars from the dealership which is a one time thing.

I understand it’s not easy . I would say share everything since you got your GC or when you arrive here . Include pics and travel itinerary and hotel bookings if you did . Also , share couple of statements of credit card , bank account or investment account and insurance slips for months spanning through time you arrive to till now .

Got a text last night with an update -- status is showing "Card is in production"!

 

Filed in Vermont on 4/25, NOA1+12mo extension received a month later. Received the 18-month extension letter sometime last fall I think? Other than that and Biometrics, we didn't receive any other communication on our case (transfer, interview) this whole time.

 

We were just about to file N-400 too... good thing we held off a few days! I guess we'll wait until the new GC shows up before doing that.

Out of interest, I mailed my package on April 17th and then with the H1B delays didn't receive a NOA until May 9th. Should I class myself as an April filer or May filer?

It's officially official,  got the Approval Notice in the mail today 😊

Now I'm just waiting for the new GC to arrive. The letter says I'll get it within 60 days which is perfect timing because it should arrive just before I have to renew my driver's license 😉

Case was received by CSC on 4/9/18. No biometric appt and no interview.

WOW mine was received 4/9/18 too. Was your case updated on both of the sites all the time? and ever got transferred? Mine says transferred to local office but idk where and havent received any mail. The old site  keeps saying validation error.
