Anyone who got transferred to NSC (or transferred to any other centers recently) got approval yet ?? I see approvals for folks that were not transferred... AND transfers and approvals both appears to be random in nature, no timeline followed!!

Is this for every filer or only for military families? If so, may I request an information source where you get it from? I'm having a hard time find it.

uscis has a calculator where you can put in your issue date of GC. It also mentions the 3 -year rule for marriage based GCs with 90 day early filing option.

Has any from Texas went to do a change of address for your Driver License? Any issues with getting it changed? Did they ask to see your expired GC + extension letter?

Thank you, it has a bold text right down below of title of the article:

"The information in this part ONLY relates to your time as a permanent resident if you file under Section 319(a) and 316(a) of the INA. You MUST meet all other eligibility requirements when you file."

So I guess if you are not under mentioned regulation you have to wait for the 3rd anniversary. Am I missing something?

I don't know about the legal sources and how they may affect individual cases. General rule tends to be applicable on most of the cases.

This is directly from page 4 of the N-400 instructions:

Early Filing. An applicant filing under the general naturalization provision (section 316(a) of the INA) may file his or
her application up to 90 days before he or she would first meet the required 5-year period of continuous residence as a
lawful permanent resident (LPR). An applicant filing as the spouse of a U.S. citizen under section 319(a) of the INA may
file up to 90 days before meeting the required 3-year period of continuous residence as an LPR.
Although an applicant
may file early according to the 90-day early filing provision, the applicant is not eligible for naturalization until he or she
has reached the required 3- or 5-year period of continuous residence as an LPR. Applicants filing up to 90 days before
meeting the continuous residence requirement must still meet all other requirements for naturalization at the time of filing
Form N-400. For example, an applicant filing under section 319(a) of the INA must meet all other requirements as the
spouse of a U.S. citizen at the time of filing.

Is it the section 319(a) that has you worried? Do you not meet the marriage requirement?

Oh, this is very helpful, thank you! Base on that I became eligible for N-400 last month and just were thinking whether I should wait or pull the trigger. Deeply appreciate your time and help.
