Hi! We were just about to file our n-400 and got the message we got transferred for the I-751 from VSC to TSC. Should I still go ahead and file? I don’t want to slow anything down.

We live in Charlottesville, VA and really want to do the ceremony at Monticello on July 4 (2020 if possible).

Congrats to to everyone who is getting approved!!

TSC is taking about eight to ten weeks for the cases reported here on this forum. Charlottesville is a beautiful place. I loved my visits to Monticello.

How long after you guys received the notification that the fingerprint review was completed, did you receive any messages/emails/mail about case transfer and approval of the 10 year card?

Also for those filing through marriage, how long after can you file for citizenship?

After you complete 2 years and 9 months from the date of issue on your Conditional GC,  you become eligible to file for Citizenship.

Wow.

Surprisingly my package was delivered on April 12th at CSC, a week earlier than yours was delivered, but I've heard nothing since Feb 28th . It also appears your got your biometrics waiver a week earlier than I did. I wonder if they process applications serially or individual examiners can take longer?

Received a notification today that my card was in production. Never received any information regarding case transfer either. I did a walk -in Biometrics last July and that was the last update. Congrats everyone! Looks like the process is moving along, and at a much faster paced than expected!
