My Bio was done March 14, 2019 in Houston, but I have not see any case update about the Bio yet. is anyone of you guys in the same boat with me?

Yes - I did mine on the 13th but my online portal still just says "case was received" (even though I've been getting letters and so forth). Hoping it moves along soon!

Weirdly enough, two people with NOA's in June of 2018 were approved within the last week. One was yesterday.

Note, these people aren't on VJ as far as I can tell. I just use the USCIS app to pull 500 cases around WAC1819450000-1819450500 to see whats moving.

I seen I-751 getting approved in 3-4 month (via Case Tracker app) which is either inaccurate or there is other way to expedite things which regular Joe is not aware of.

Biometrics receipt - April 22th (appointment scheduled for May 14th)

I was more so making the comment to the fact they are still working, just doesn't seem like they're working on April cases.

Yeah. The one I've seen an approval for was correct though as I followed it and it's next statuses were new card in production and then it being picked up and sent by the postal service.

I just think, that there are some cases that may just get misplaced and put in wrong piles and done faster than normal. There's a fair number of cases that skip the line for no rhyme or reason for all types of cases. My husbands AOS was approved a month after his biometrics at 77 days when the average AOS minimum was about 6 months. /shrug

Weird question though - have you ever contacted USCIS to inquire about your case? I wonder if constant bugging to USCIS may speed up your case?

I contacted USCIS about my case for Biometrics and already approved. I have seen lots of time people inquiring and suddenly they get approval. Yes it could be just coincidence but multiple datapoints can't be ignored just as coincidences.

Nope, the most we’ve ever done in the immigration journey was send Montreal an email asking for clarification on something about the k-1 interview. Once we went to a deferred inspection station to get my husbands I-94 fixed (CBPO mistyped his name in the system).

But ya I’ve never contacted USCIS by phone or infopass before.

reasonably speaking though, I have no reason to contact them. We got the biometrics waiver and we’re still within expected time.

with that said, I’ve seen constantly bugging USCIS both work positively and negatively. There’s been people on here who have felt like USCIS brushed them off and then also mention they show up at the office, call the same time every day and send out emails, and wait outside of their local service center and it’s like.. ya at that point they’re probably punishing you lol

I'm about to file N-400 and plan to keep inquiring about case update with USCIS; maybe worth a shot to speed up my case progress. Also, get Congressman Office involved because my local office is really slow (Dallas) and Congressman offices really support case which add more citizen to their vote bank. 😂
