Thanks! I researched about active duty and N400 on USCIS website. And it says the military spouse whoes active duty spouse has an order to station out side of country can get yhe expedition, if i understand it right. But my spouse does not have an order and we are just staying in North Carolina for probably next two years. Do you know by chance that i am still eligible for the expedited processing for N400?

I would play innocent and try to request an expeditious processing.  The worst thing is they would say No, which is a status quo.

I honestly have no idea on the N400. I have not looked it yet. Sorry!

I called the USCIS Military Help Line.

They told me to mail the package to the special department (show on USCIS.gov website) and the process will be as normal as other who file N-400 online, no slower or delay.

I don't think we would be able to expedite it since our hubs not over sea.

She provided me both Standard Shipping Address and Express Shipping Address. I guess I will just go for Express.
My lawyer advised me that we still be eligible to apply for N-400 while I-751 and he suggest me to do so if I meet the time of N-400.

Mine 2 years already expired since 7/7/2018.

They sent me Extension of letter for 18 months.

They always advised us to contact them or submit request 90 days before end day.

Also, does anyone have any knowledge about travelling via plane within the United States on a probationary driver's license? I am flying to Miami two weeks from today from Newark. My probationary license expires July 22 however, I cannot renew it right now because I don't have the NOA from the I-751. On the other hand, if I travel with my Canadian passport, I would need to carry my expired green card with me along with the NOA which again, I do not have yet. Any suggestions???

TSA don't care what ID you produce as long as it is valid Govt photo ID (non-expired).

oh shoot, I think I messed up with the information. Let me think, mine expired in May, 2018 and I received 18 months' extension letter. I was trying to figure out when I will be able to apply for N400. Because I can apply for N400 from the date when I reach the third anniversary of green card issue date, so I will be able to apply since this May 18th! I am going to visit my home country in middle of may so I won't be able to apply as soon as I am eligible.

If your expired is May 2018, then your 3 years anniversary is May 2019.

You are eligible to apply 90 days before.

So you can apply for N-400 in February 2019 eventhough you have not had I-751 approved yet.
