Same here. I’m a May 2018 filer. I checked on the app 500 cases before and after mins yesterday and almost everyone got fingerprint review completed except mine. I filed change of address in Dec. Did you happen to file change of address too? I was wondering if that has anything to do with it.

We haven't filed a change of address and we haven't heard anything yet either. We just bought a house so in a few weeks we will need to file a change of address.

I'd say wait till you get your card in hand so there are no issues around an open I-751 case. Mainly since you're this close your case being closed.

When you login to the new USCIS site to check your status, does your 'received" date show May or April?

My husband's NOA letter has a April 9th date but when we login to the USCIS site, it says received May 22.

Wait for the 10yrs green card first..did u ever get yr biometric done?

Anyone else still getting the "can not provide you with any information on this case please call uscis" when they search their receipt number?

June 9, 2015 - Biometrics Fee Accepted

June 10, 2015 - Received Text that the package was received

June 20, 2015 - EAD Biometrics Appointment Letter Received

I tried both and they both say the same even the app

Thank you for asking the question, and for the answer. We are sitting in the same dilemma and in spite of my loudly declaring I would apply for Naturalization ASAP, I just don't trust USCIS to cope with more than one thing at a time lol.
