I've found a good information for us about how the I-751 work in USCIS office.

This is from one of our Member here, so I just take a whole screenshot as it credit to this person, not me.

I greatly appreciate this Member for this information and hope it could help all of us for our concern:

That is correct . Not everyone is getting waiver off the bio metric .

As as long as we see a movement its the same thing .

Just got an email this morning stating that there was an update to our case.

I checked 'my.uscis.gov' and got the news of the fingerprint being accepted (as in, using my previous fingerprints).

Later on the day, I received a letter from USCIS informing me the same. So I'm guessing the case is being reviewed along with others...

Hopefully it should be approved in 1-3 months from now.

😊

Hi Everyone :)

it's been a while since i've logged on. We received a notice from USCIS today was praying for an approval, but instead it is this

image.thumb.png.db98801a1116da81d43c64d3073b61d3.png

I saw many of us have gotten them but i am still wondering why?  if that is a good thing? does that mean they will finally start working on our cases? Also we were thinking of applying for N-400 at the same time. Has anyone on here done so?

Hoping for approvals for all of us :)

Hoping for approvals for all of us :)

I planned to apply N-400 when the time comes.

My friend got his N-400 done last year when he waited for almost 2 yrs on his I-751. He told me they will request our spouse come with us to the interview if we have not had I-751 approved.

Since we starts seeing things move forward with us right now, it would be better that we have I-751 approved before we apply for N-400.

I wonder how long does it takes from the time they accept our Fingerprint to the time they approve and send us the card?

I will travel back my country on April 5 and my expecting filing time for N-400 is April 7. Want to have thing done before my trip.

Hi guys I am signed up for USPS delivery notification and I got an email with a scan of a letter from USCIS. Does anybody has received something like this? Or how does the envelope for an approval looks like? It is coming from CSC and I just checked my USCIS account and there is no updates there yet. I am kind of anxious cause I know it is kind of an early for an approval or an RFE isnt?

If it comes from CSC (or a service center you filed at), there are three things:

1. Approval notice

2. File transfer notice

3. Biometrics notice
