Considering how much permanent green card is getting delayed for CSC filers, does it even makes sense for someone from Dallas (local USCIS office) to file for Citizenship while waiting for condition removal. Problem with Dallas local Office is Citizenship applications are backed up around 20-24 months. I'm afraid filing for Citizenship will delay permanent green card process too by another 12-15 months. I'm thinking to file citizenship after receiving green card.

Any thoughts / suggestions?

Hi @sharin Did you get Biometrics? Also when I log in to USCIS case status - my status says on June 1 they emailed me the receipt.. even tho I filed in April 20.  Wondering ... are we April filers or June Filers?

I think the bulk of approvals are from November 2017. However, I'm starting to see February 2018 being approved.

Hi everyone,

I temporarily rent an apartment in a different city (same state) from my wife because I go to a grad school and she has a job. However, I always come back to our home visit my wife every weekend and holidays. To better manage my mail, I updated my mailing address to the new apartment where I'm going to study but still kept the physical address at hour home. Do you guys think having different physical and mailing address would cause problems? Has anyone done that before? I would highly appreciate any input. Thank you.
