It’s not applicable for ROC application. I submited that form, they just threw it away. Luckily, they didnt send my package back just because of one form.

Is there Anyone planing and preparing to submit N-400 on-time, to speed up the process of I-751?

It has been almost a year since we all filed.  When do you think we will get our ROC interviews/direct approvals?

My husband and I are planning to go to India in May. Anyone fly in/out of Cochin airport had any issues with flying with an extension letter?

 

on another note, i noticed the processing times for CSC for a I-751 is now 15.5 - 21 months. it used to say 18.5-22 months. maybe we will hear something mid summer.

I think in India, when returns back, they may check about Passport and letter, In Nepal no issues when we fly back. Normally shouldn't be any issue since they no need to worry about that. 

 

At Port of entry here, there was nothing at Chicago Aiport. Officer was very friendly and helped with smile. All the best

N-400 will not help to speed up the process. You will need to be I-751 approved before N-400 interview, and processing time for N-400 depends on your SC. I have seen a lot of applicants had N-400 and i-751 having combined interview, so if you are planning to apply check your service center processing time.

My 90 day open window begins next month. I'm waiting to file our taxes and then I apply.

I couldn't agree more with you. I was already checking on the documents we need but when checking filers from other months (ex. May - October 2017) I see that the ones that applied for N-400 are taking longer to receive their GC/Naturalization Interview. I will just wait until we get the 10 YR GC and then apply, I think we should hear something before this year ends. 🧚‍♀️

In the contrary, I have been reading that the process is independent. Some got their 10 yr GC and the agent told them during their interview that their n400 is still in process and that they should hear back in 8 months.

I think I will still apply my n400 when its due in April.

Just curious but has anyone that has filed ROC here in April with CSC received their Biometrics appt. letters yet?
