Hi everyone,

Anyone thats gotten their 18 month extension try to travel outside of the US during this time? Since the green card is expired, did you get your passport stamped or just carry the extension letter with you? Any issues that anyone faced regarding this? I'm hoping to travel outside of the country in 2 weeks and there is no info pass appt available at my local field office.

I have traveled twice internationally without any issues. You don't need the stamp - just carry the expired green card and the extension letter.

Me neither. I havent received any email as of now. It seems like CSC is approving case for July 2017 right now. I was checking July 2017 VJ and a lot of filer were approved this week.

I found out that a lot of Aug 2017 filers and some of Sept 2017 have been approved too.

I wish they start ours too

Exactly the same here.  I wonder why they don't at least send us a letter stating whether our previous biometrics will be re-used?
