Anybody have any idea about my question yesterday? Thanks again

Quote

Hi all,

Is I-797C the form to use to regain entry to the country with expired green card? Wondering as it states "this is a courtesy copy, not the official notice" and that it does no grant any immigration status or benefit.

Thanks

Mark

There is no courtesy copy of I797. You should carry the original I797 while traveling abroad. Just to be sure, you can always ask for a I559 stamp in your pp.
