I understand your frustration. Has your interview been scheduled yet? I still haven’t recieved my EAD/AP card, but luckily I had my AOS interview on Tuesday so I should get my green card 2-3 weeks.

No interview either . My local office is very slow. No ead or interview at all. Bad luck

Fort Myers, probably one of the slowest in the country.

yeah, I contacted the congressman so I got an RFE. I contacted the congressman again , so I got an approval letter. Which nothing really happened, honestly . I think USCIS gave me something everytime after the congressman called them, but really they are giving me nothing good, I will say.

what is the approval letter good for ?

You should definitely try to read out for EAD/AP at least. As for interview, it could be awhile. Our office is in Orlando and we've been waiting since April and we still haven't heard anything :(

I got the approval letter and nothing else. I called and they said I have to wait 30-60 days. I don’t know what else can I do

Does anyone here had thiers AOS interview and got approved with over a year medical/vaccines record overseas?

Yes! Me! I had my interview on Tuesday (November 2th) and my medical expired mid October! I only realized the night before my interview! I was so worried!!! I decided not to bring it up in my interview and the lady approved me! She even said “everything looks good, we have your medical” I was so relieved!

I received the AOS approval notice today! it's a bit strange because it's two identical letters, both printed in bad quality, and neither of the 2 case tracker websites show anything new... but since everything USCIS does is weird and random I'm not going to worry.

the (double) letter is the classic light-green I-797 (NOA2) kind with the statue of liberty in the background, and says I will receive my green card separately, and to call them if I don't get it within 90 days.

I’m VERY confused.

We got the approval letter last week for  the 485 but there was no green card in the letter.

Do we need to call them?

Same thing with us.

Its odd. Would you please pm me when you get your actual card so I know what time frame we’re looking at?

Had my AOS interview scheduled for the 18th December.

I moved into a new place a week ago (same state, Colorado, and actually moved closer to the office) and did the right thing and updated my address.

What happened next?

Interview cancelled!

Like what? Is there no common sense these days? Surely you would look at new and old addresses and see the same state. Wouldn't it be less paperwork and hassle to just leave the interview where it is? Absolutely baffled.

Phoned USCIS this morning to try request my original interview date, but there's nothing anyone can do.

What a joke.
