Well, like I said - my recieved date was April 2nd and I only received an RFE today. Still no EAD/AP update! So If they are approving Europeans quicker then others - they missed me out! Haha

I guess RFE delays your case . You are probably right, they missed you out. Haha.

Omg!!!!!

Just cried tears of joy, after getting a RFE on September 14th and them receiving my response on the 18th. I just got moved to Ready to be scheduled for interview.

Sooooo happy. Anyone know if I’ll be receiving my work auth/advance parole soon? 

 

 

So so so so happy. Hopefully everyone is receiving some good news too!!!

hey guys, about the requirements (medical) for the interview: I searched a little around VJ and it seems that if you submitted the DS-3025 (vaccination documentation worksheet - the one they give you in your home country when doing the medical for the K1 interview) with your AOS application, you're in the clear and don't need to do a new medical (and bring the I-693) like the AOS interview letter seems to imply.

 

I felt like there were a couple different opinions on this and am not 100% certain I really don't need to do it. what are your opinions, what are you going to do? the ones who already had your interviews... what did you do and what happened?

I recieved a notice yesterday for RFIE and I haven’t recieved my EAD/AP yet! I’m praying that it doesn’t set me back to much!

No problem!! I was very surprised to see it move that quick. I’ll let you know when they schedule the interview. I wouldn’t be too worried. Just respond to the RFIE as quick and as soon as possible

I’m just frustrated as it’s taken 175 days to recieve an RFIE  Just my luck seriously! Apparently it sets you back to day 1 in regards to processing times! Fingers crossed it’s an easy fix! Hopefully I recieve something in the mail this week!

i did another medical exam here with a civil surgeon bec. my medical exam in my home country was aug. 10, 2017, it passed 1 year to the validity of it. my interview will be oct. 02, next week. the I-693 was the 2nd thing in my checklist(the interview letter) on what to bring for the interview, so i did another medical.

I got that update 2 days ago and just now I got interview scheduled!!! So not too long we’re at the end of it.

Hopefully yours move soon along just as quick!! I haven’t received the actual paper in the mail yet, it just updated on the app with “Interview Scheduled”. I will post on here when I get my interview date. No EAD yet but from what I understand people are getting them right after their interview is scheduled. So hopefully sooonnn for all of us.

You guys are so lucky! Everything moved so fast for us in the beginning, then came to a halt. We have been sitting at "ready to be scheduled" since the middle of May! GOOD LUCK on your interviews!!
