UPDATE: I got a text about an update in my case, when I check my USCIS it says that my EAD card is being produced. I am so exited! How long to get the actual card in the mail?

04/21/2018 - AOS Package sent thru Fedex
04/24/2018 - AOS Package Delivered by Fedex
05/01/2018 - Text Message & Email Notification.  (Day 4)
05/05/2018 - Mail Notification Receipt (day 7)
05/12/2018 - Biometrics Mail Notice (day 14)
05/24/2018 - Biometrics Appointment (day 26)
06/22/2018 - REF notification update (day 55)
06/27/2018 - REF Mail letter (Certified Translation of Birth Certificate) (day 60)
07/02/2018 - REF Sent thru FEDEX
07/06/2018 - REF delivered by FEDEX
07/10/2018 - REF was received (update text message and in the website) (day 73)
07/19/2018 - "Case Ready to Be schedule for Interview" (update online) (day 82)
08/24/2018 - "New Card is being produced¨ (I-765 -EAD Card.)  (day 118)

Exciting, we have exactly the same dates! Except,

05/23/18 biometrics appointment 

06/26/18 case ready to be scheduled for interview. 

Still no news on mine but I’m hopeful.

Yesterday, informed delivery told me that our NOAs were arriving, a 2-pager for the combo card and 1 for just the AP. Amazingly, when I went to the mailbox, we had the card in there too! So relieved to finally get this!

i got it in the mail today! and it comes with the usps priority mail envelope with tracking number. but they uscis didnt send the tracking number to me. might be a slight delay with your card. you should be getting it on monday hopefully.

My husband did his medical over and we sent it in with AOS package.

What did you sent ? The CD? I got a CD after my medical but wasn’t aware I had to send that in.

USCIS got our packet on April 30th. Including

I-765,  I-131 and I-485 

got my noa1 2 weeks later and already had my biometrics appointment. 

Yet it still says “case recieved” on uscis case status. 

 

Its been over 90 days and I’d really like to start working and have a drivers license (Im not allowed to have one until I get my work permit) How long are wait times?
