Glad you did not have to wait longer!!! Out of curiosity, did you send all of these  in 3 copies or just one copy for AOS?

I sent all three copies with each form. To be on the safe side. And they asked for them again. 🙄😖 I dont expect anything less haha. Said my name didnt match was on the records so could I please send the following and they listed what they needed.

Our Notice of Action date was 12th April and today I received notification that my EAD card is being produced!! A little over 4 months. Must admit that we submitted a letter from my future employer stating that I had a job offer that they were holding for me. Not sure whether it made any difference as it wasn't strictly a reason to expedite. If not, then it shows real progress for April filers :) Good luck everyone!

I did, I am still waiting for the actual card though, was mailed to me on Monday. But my situation is not so typical in one sense as our first attempt of applying for EAD and AP was rejected in February and part of me wonders whether they took it into account or not...

Hi guys,

Thanks for giving me a lot of advices. I just got update from USCIS that "New card is being produced". It is very surprise, because I just got denial from USCIS to expedite the EAD 3 days ago, contacted the congressman's office today and about to send evidence tomorrow.

Here is my timeline:

1. Packet sent: 04/01

2. Packet received: 04/05

3. Notice date: 04/13

4. New card is being produced: 08/15

There is total 137 days, no expedite. Good luck for the rest of you. Good new is coming for April filers ^_^.

Just letting April folks know we received our interview notice in the mail yesterday.  No case update online (still shows ready to be scheduled), it just showed up in the mail.  The interview is scheduled for 9/25 in Memphis, TN.  Our NOA1 date is 4/23 - so just about 5 months total, not bad.  We did have Congressional intervention to expedite our EAD, which was received two weeks ago,  so I am not sure if that had some effect on interview scheduling as well.

Good luck to all, and I hope more April filers get some good news soon!

same here.....i just got the same update the case tracker app, uscis app and egov.uscis.gov except my.uscis.gov which i believe is just yet to be updated. still i am glad to be looking forward to picking up my EAD in the mail. wish other April filers and everyone else the best of luck too.

So happy to see EAD approvals happening!!! Our received date is Apr 23 (I think) so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we will see an approval next month! The other night I had a dream that after 6 months of waiting we received a letter saying we filled out the wrong form and had to re-do the entire thing - I woke up in a panic and almost went in the middle of the night to check the copies of what I sent! :D

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man.... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

My wife just got the email about the EAD card being produced, but not the AP. Hopefully the AP follows shortly after? NOA April 12th.
