I called again today and I did get the callback, the person said it'll take up to 4 more weeks for me. They are waiting for my files to get back to them. My status on the website last changed on May 29th to waiting to schedule an interview.

That's awesome! The websiste still says "RFE Recieved xxx."

Hi, I applied for an expedite for my AP because of an Emergency Situation; my sister has been diagnosed with breast cancer...

I faxed the support (doctors letter, proof of relationship to sister) for the expedite today . How long will it take from this point to get approved/have the card in hand?

Sorry about your situation!

I was successful in getting Emergency advanced parole in April.

I gathered all my documents together and went straight to my local office and was approved there and then! You don’t need an appointment or anything! You just explain that you need advanced parole and that it’s an emergancy and someone will see you.

It was very straight forward for me. I went to the office and booked a flight the same evening.

Hi, did you status changed after your biometric appointment? Mine never changed. I called uscis and my case is still in NVC:(

Anyone knows that, why after my biometric appointment, my case status never changed to ready for an interview. I called uscis and my case is still in NVC. Seems nobody looked into my case at all? I even didn’t get RFE. I wonder who requested RFE, the NVC or local office? If you get RFE, does that mean your case is in local office already? Thanks

Yes, it changed right after, form i-765 - completed reviewing my fingerprints and they are working on the form and i485 is ready to schedule for interview. I-131 just says received, nothing changed on it since then.

I finally got an update on my 485 (ready to be scheduled for interview), no update on anything else though. Does anybody know how long Missouri takes? That’s where all our stuff is I hope it isn’t too long 😩

That tells how you busy Missouri is in comparison to others.
It doesn't tell you months or anything but you can see based on case load if it's a fast/slower office than others

Hello guys,

I contacted my congresswoman 10 days ago asking her help for the expedited inquiry, and today her assistant forwarded their response to me:

Thank you for your follow-up inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter.  These cases have been requested and will be routed for expedited processing.  Once these cases are reviewed, your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action.  Due to the extremely high volume of expedite requests for these case types, there are numerous cases involving exigent or humanitarian issues already in the expedite queue, and we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the expedited review.  The strict enforcement of the expedite criteria means that all cases sent for expeditious handling are urgent, and we assure you that these cases will be adjudicated as soon as possible.

Does this email mean they accepted the proofs and my case is on the expedited queue, or it means they will analyze the proofs and decide if I have the right to get my case expedited?

Thanks!
