Unfortunately, this is the lastest. Just published officially on July.  We have to wait another three months to see April - June.

Nobody knows unfortunatelly. It basically means "we got everything we need from you, now we put your case into the waiting pile of cases".

Hey April Filers  

 

All 3 of our cases (AOS,AP,EAD) were received on April 4th.

 

I done my biometrics sometime in May and the case tracker currently states - “My finger print review was completed May 25th”

 

Anyone else with the same kind of time line/info?  Is the next step scheduling an interview?

 

Not being able to work is driving me insane! 

 

Also - I was lucky/unlucky enough to be able to go home for 18 days back in April on emergency parole so I got to see my family then. However, it would be nice to have the ability to leave whenever.

 

Side note - if anyone wants info on how I managed to get emergency advanced parole, i’d be happy to share! Lots of people think it’s impossible to get, but it’s not.

 

Dont get me wrong - I knew exactly what I signed up for! But... I’m still going to moan about it! Haha

Also update ...i called this morning and spoke to a tier 2 officer..who said my local office (queens) is currently processing january applicants.....the wait continues.....

Hello, my fellow April filers!

 

I just received an update on my case, Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview. I filed my AOS last March 30st and received my NOA1 on April 9th. My case was in "Fingerprint Fee was Received" since April 9th before I received the notification today. It says my case was updated since July 16th but I received the notification this morning July 19th. No update on my EAD or AP. I sent out a case inquiry online last week on this link https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do and chose the case outside normal processing time for my AOS and EAD. I haven't received any email response from USCIS for my inquiry and I don't know if that was the reason for an update on my case though. Hope this helps others too.

Houston seems to not be moving
So you getting a request for interview is encouraging to me

@Selma and Nermin have been waiting more than a year at Houston's office
SO I wanted to see with your "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" if that means anything for us.

You won't get the response you want. Your case IS NOT outside of normal processing times for EAD/AP. You haven't submitted the right request. They're currently at 4-6 months processing times, so you're not outside of normal processing times until around October time.
