So that means no rfe will be sent for?

That's awesome!

I hope mine changes to that but I feel there will he an rfe sent. Because I'm not that lucky. 😂

So it's a wait then til they mail you a letter for an interview?

>So that means no rfe will be sent for?

USCIS can always send RFE, I think. I may be unlikely, but not a promise. I was also feeling like we'd get one... Hopefully things will go without RFE.

So I guess now we just have to wait. I know someone who filed in December, also in Denver, and just had their interview last week. (I actually never asked how it went, since their case was a bit... questionable.) Hopefully mine (and everyone else's!) comes in the summer.

Biometrics completed in New Jersey on 5/10/2018.

Appointment with civil surgeon 5/10/2018 for I-693, and to set up for any additional vaccinations. She will need to go back for vaccinations to complete the form.

As an aside, doctor in Cambodia already took blood and told her what she needed while filling out form of what she has and still needs. Doctor in USA also took blood again, as a ploy to draw money from the insurance company for unnecessary bloodwork and result (in the long-term) in higher insurance and medical costs for people in the US. Wish I was there to complain about it.

Hi are you k1 to AOS too? Why do you need another medical?

She needed to complete the vaccinations, as when we did the medical overseas she did not complete all of the required ones. Technically they could have given her the missing vaccines only and not the full medical, but nobody (i.e. greedy doctors) likes to do that as it decreases the fee they can charge.

I wanted to have it all done in Cambodia but they said a couple she was missing needed to be spread out over months and we were visa approved so decided to come and finish it here in USA.

Of course, I even asked the doctors office in Cambodia if she could come in many months before our NOA2 to avoid this kind of thing but they were too stupid to agree to take my money.

It's no worries, just some more paperwork and $240. Not sure my wife likes all of the injections and blood being drawn though :goofy:

Did biometrics 5/4, didn't get any update for the 'biometrics complete' but today just got update for 'Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview'.. Just another data point that the 'biometrics complete' update doesn't happen for everyone.

Is this the 4th may you got yours done? I had my biometrics on 8th may and mine still says "biometrics completed" no interview update yet. Hoping I get that message but I have a feeling it'll be an RFE 🙈

Yesterday my status changed from "Ready to Schedule Interview" to "Interview Scheduled". I had my biometrics on April 26th… so things are moving quickly! I haven't received the actual interview date yet, but once I do I will update everyone :)
