08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

  I think a few of these guys were fascists. Someone got a bit carried away here. If you really want true socialista, they should replace the 3 fascists with 3 leaders from Venezuela.

Incidentally, Hoxha was an extremely brutal dictator.

  It would have been easier if they called it a list of nefarious leaders or something.

I am pretty sure the bottom middle is Tojo.  However, I agree with @Steeleballz I only see 5 or 6 socialist in this collage, I would replace Mussolini, Hitler, Tojo, and possibly Amin (I believe he moved toward socialism as his rule progressed with backing from the USSR) with Ho Chi Min, Chavez, Maduro, and Pol Pot with an honorable mention to Kim Jong Il.

I just tried to see how many I recognized, whether they were socialists or not had nothing to do with it. I saw the pic elsewhere and thought it would be fun to see how many we could get. I mean even if it said who are these choir boys, many were recognizable.
