Hello,  i should be applying for second green card in about a month (removal of conditions), i got my conditional green card trough marriage (us citizen). I would like to hear from people who already did this and what documents did u submit. Also what did u submit as a prof of marriage. We have checking account and savings account together and that is pretty much all we have. We are not renting, owning a house or have a mortgage or paying bills together  but we are looking to buy a new car soon so hopefully that will be enough. We also have a son and we  are expecting another baby in july so that is also supposed to be a strong prof of marriage.  Thanks :)

checking and saving accounts are good, how about health and life insurance together, Does you or your husband have 401k retirement plan at work you can be added as a beneficiary if not already .you should send in Tax return

Having child together  is good but is not as strong proof as sharing financial resources

Yes we have health insurance together and we have tax returns too so that should be good. And there is retirement plan too but I'm not sure if I am on it.

no the affidavits  is not necessary  I read that some people send them in if they do not have a lot of evidence I did not send affidavits in but it just a statement from family or friends stating they have knowledge of your marriage but with your bank and saving accounts, health insurance birth of children, pictures it should be ok
