Its funny cause yesterday I got a email from the Embassy said they havent even looked at our Packet 3 yet.. :blink:

BUT i called the DoS today.. and I GOT AN INTERVIEW DATE>> MAY 23rd !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

05.23.2007 - INTERVIEW DATE!!!!!!! inshallah.......

*** Interview is a SUCCESS !!!! *** now for a speedy AP!! inshallah...

06.18.2007 - Starting to Freak Out over this AP #######

06.27.2007 - Visa In Hand.. Alhamdulillah!

07.13.2007 - Husband arrives in the US!!! alhamdulillah ..yup.. thats right Friday the 13th!!

07.24.2007 - Mailed in AOS & EAD together to Chicago

March 25-April 14, 2006 Noura's 2nd trip to Morocco - formal engagement w/ family

Oct 5, 2006 - Interview SUCCESS

Oct 12, 2006 - Called to pick up visa tomorrow!

Oct. 16, 2006 VISA IN HAND!

Dec. 24, 2006 - Said arrives in NOLA, just in time for the holidaze!

01/17/2007 Faxed the checklist to the Immigrant Visa Unit in Frankfurt

03/29/2007 Got letter from USCIS to provide evidence that our marriage is bona fide

04/02/2007 Sent to USCIS lots of evidence

05/03/2007 I have an unofficial "PETITION APPROVED" ...waiting for confirmation from Consulate

05/07/2007 Received email from USCIS ROME confirming that our petition was approved (why Rome? because we complained to the District Office Rome about the Sub-Office Frankfurt..it took too long for our petition to be approved)...now waiting for the interview letter from the Consulate

05/18/2007 E-mail from IV Frankfurt, our interview was scheduled for May 29th

05/19/2007 Packet 4 in the mail: ja ja ja interview letter

05/29/2007 Interview at 7.30 a.m. APPROVED Thank you, God!

I was SOO happy I ran out of my job to go buy a calling card to call my husband... and his response?? Pure Panic.. lol.. Everyone else was cheering and clapping.. and my husband sounded like he was gonna throw up.. :thumbs: HE iS SOOO Nervous about the Interview... especially since I've told him a few things from here :whistle: smooth move on my behalf !! :bonk:

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!
