i am tired of hoping. It is a bit unfair that find out that they put majority cases on NSC, not texas service centre. When i call them they admit that they info that they show up on website is wrong.
Then another things that we find out, when the senator explain why NSC so slow because they put 90% volume on NSC. why they can not hire new people to handle the cases. Everything did not make any sense.

it is so frustrated seeing those who got texas service centre with same time range complete their case this month and ready for med check and interview.

Yeah when they changed the website back in April to reflect the real time range..everyone got pissed so they changed it back. We all know it’s 9-12 months for Nebraska. 😔

It's all based on how many application are submitted each month, so you can't assume that the other months will have as many applications as they had for May. It could be more or less :)

Number of I-130 petitions received in Nebraska per months from VJ stats:

image.png.5e2bea4847fb703e94a880ec22502635.png

I know that only a small portion of applicants are on VJ so the total numbers are much higher but I think we can assume the variations on VJ follow the real variations in the number of applications. Based on that, May 18 was similar to previous months, June 18 a bit lower but July higher. Then the numbers decrease but some people will only get on VJ several months after submitting their application so we can expect those numbers to grow.

Anyway, just wanted to make theme aware that it will likely be a bit longer than they expected.

Yeah..also USCIS just updated their "historical numbers" for average to 10.3 months. so yes the hole is getting deeper thanks to Trump administration :(

Yeah but far more difficult for approval. There is no incentive for the "immigrant' to follow though with marriage, and could just disappear into the USA. A huge percentage get denied...and again this is an average number.

Yes, as India is a high fraud country so it will be scrutinized further. Are you and Indian or American with US Citizenship?
