Notice what I. said above. Texas is now approving August, Potomac Feb 2019 and Nebraska is still on May. I am well aware of how fast Potomac is and it is infuriating that there are such huge discrepancies and that families are made to be apart for YEARS! This is ridiculous

NOA1 for I130 - Dec 10th, 2018

Hi all.  PD Nov. 9.  Every time I see my VJ TImeline get moved back, my heart sinks a little more.  I contacted my senators, representatives, and NPR today.

I know. When I first submitted my I-130 my VJ timeline said March 2019. Now it says mid-September 2019. Really frustrating.

Thats good to know that’s they finally start June . Maybe that person is not registered on VJ .

What I hope it’s that they will not take almost 3 months like for May to process each month , if not  ( in my case ) I will not hear anything about my NOA2 before January 2020 ..

Hi, new here and wanted to get advice.

Our i-130 case was received on August 16th, 2018 at the Nebraska office but we have not heard anything since.

Does anyone know if there is an expected wait time?

Thanks.

Right now  and sadly  Nebraska service center  take 10 to 11 months to process I130 .

If you are already at 10 months  from the 28th of April you can do an Inquiry for your pétition by contacting  USCIS
