Where it says "Last Updated" tells you whether or not the file has been touched.

NO MATTER HOW I TRY; EVEN USING THE WEBSITE YOU PROVIDED, it does not show me the activities of the case.   Just shows My Case was received.   I tried to go under settings, pushed any and everything.   ugh

But look at the date. It says that it was last updated Jan 31st. Everyone else’s status still says it was recieved. The date means they opened your file and it’s in a que of some sort. Still might be up to 60 days for you to see a status change.

Everyone’s date says Jan 31st or feb 1st and no one knows what’s happened. Don’t panic. Lol

Still in case received status with PD of 2/21/18. Case transferred to my local office on 10/26/18. Filed 2 status inquiries and my attorney filed one with no updates. Just says pending and they have 180 days to give a decision! Coming up on a year now with the possibility of 6 more months not including NVC and interview! This is heartbreaking! Feeling so hopeless. 😢

Sending you good positive vibes. :) Hopefully you'll hear something sooner rather than later.

I'm not sure if it would make a difference, but are you checking from a phone or mobile device or a computer? Don't worry too much though ;)

I'm wondering what's the real meaning of "Last updated"! because when i log in today(9-Feb), it said my last update was 7-Feb-19!

:D  I'm a Sep filler.

What does it say when you click on your receipt number?

I was hoping it might means they started to look into the case or they have made some update soon!

Same here! September filer, and our cases were last updated 8 Feb 19. Still show as "received"

What's happening!?

I hope the “Last updated” truly means  case has been touched.

My case status still says “case was received”... PD Aug 24th, 2018. last updated Feb 6th, 2019.

This WAIT is no joke. Wishing everyone the best. 🙂

Mine also says "last updated" today, but it seems like it always shows the date when I last logged in, since every time I check the date changes... Also today is Saturday so surely they haven't been working on it today 🤔 I'm a September filer too.

Do your cases say "last updated" on the date that you logged in? Or a different one?
